Overview:
As a Manager of Finance you will provide oversight on financial analytical services, capital budget management, department cost management, labor productivity management, physician contracting, clinic statement reporting and analysis and financial education for Community Health System.
In this role, you should be able to bring your expertise in finance analysis as well as managerial skills.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Serve as a liaison between corporate finance and Community Health Partners.
Oversee the analysis of CHP financial environments, economic and political trends, and internal financial data to use in advising executive management regarding major financial initiatives and capital expenditures as well as forecasting.
Oversee the preparation and submission of financial and operational reporting to meet internal needs as well as external authorities, regulatory boards and other entities.
Assist in the annual budgeting process that supports the business needs of the organization and is adaptable to its various programs, services and divisions.
Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results.
Assist in the preparation and execution of CHP physician contracts.
Monitor aging and communicate information to appropriate management.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
