RN Service Line Coordinator, Surgery
Overview:
As an RN Service Line Coordinator at Clovis Community you will be part of the family-like team that has been integral in helping us become a local favorite, and one of the busiest sites in the world for da Vinci robotic surgery.
We perform a variety of surgeries, with a focus on orthopedic, joint replacement and minimally invasive surgery.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Unit Manager in the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services.
Leadership skills needed to include, but not limited to, conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication, coaching/mentoring others.
Participates in necessary team meetings, and represents clinical staff on appropriate committees.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
MINIMUM REQUIRED:
o High School Diploma/GEDo Graduation from an accredited school of Nursingo 1.
5 years of registered nursing experience in surgical services PREFERRED:
o Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)o Experience with mentorship, education and training of staff nurseso Experience as a Service Line Coordinator or similar position in an acute care hospital LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSMINIMUM REQUIRED:
o Current State of California Registered Nurse licenseo Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)o National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role within 1 year of hire or entry into job PREFERRED:
o Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) DEPARTMENT

-Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon entry or transfer into job for the following departments:
01-74200, 01-74206.
-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon entry or transfer into job for the following departments:
01-74200, 01-74206.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
