Responsibilities:
Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is adding an additional RN position to its medical telemetry unit.
The Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit is the largest inpatient unit in the hospital with 64, monitored beds.
RN to patient ratio is 1:
3 or 1:
4 depending on the acuity of the patient.
You will provide care to Cardiac patients with various medical comorbidities such as End-Stage Renal Disease, Diabetes, and CHF.
In the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit, you will also care for patients with various respiratory diseases requiring adjunct Oxygen delivery such as BiPAP and CPAP.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include:
Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
Current RN license for the state of California and BLS certification.
Electrocardiogram (EKG) Analysis certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire or transfer into job.
Qualities and experience we are looking for:
Ability to work closely with Cardiovascular team members.
Excellent communication & problem solving skills.
Desire to work closely with skilled Surgeons and Cardiologists in all areas of this specialty.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
