In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Unit Manager in the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services.
Supervise the team(s) providing direct care for patients.
You will put your management and leadership skills to use as needed including conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication, budget administration and coaching/mentoring others.
You will also direct patient assignments, staff scheduling, patient flow, and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively assisting in managing utilization, productivity, personnel and supplies.
Participates as necessary in team meetings, and represents clinical staff on appropriate committees.

Qualifications:
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of approved nursing program1
years acute care experienceCurrent California Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification.
Preferences:
Bachelors of Science (BS) in Nursing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
