We are currently seeking a Pharmacist for the Inpatient Pharmacy at Clovis Community Medical Center, a top choice for women's services, labor and delivery, advanced minimally invasive surgeries, sports medicine, and weight loss surgery. Responsibilities: In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Provides for delivery of basic pharmacy services, patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services, drug information and monitoring. Reviews all drug orders and checks all work completed by ancillary personnel in the department. Serves as drug expert and consultant to physicians, nursing staff and other hospital personnel. Provides quality assurance review of drug utilization throughout the hospital for various medical staff committees and the department. Qualifications: Education and license minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy. Valid State of California Pharmacist License.
