Clovis, CA 1 day ago Full-time Education Bachelor's Degree Benefits Paid Time Off Description: Summary The Site Administrator will manage a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Communication and Team Building Reports directly to Chief Administration Officer (CAO) Works closely with Director of Human Resources (DHR), Program Directors, Facilities & Safety Manager (FSM) and Clinical Coordinator (CLC) Supports site management with employee relations, as needed Establish professional relationship with co-workers, clients and clients' families Facilitate an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided Help with problem resolution as situations arise Maintain a cooperative relationship with other company sites Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices Contribute to the development of organizational and operational strategic planning Manage scheduling of company/site events and communication between departments and any third-party resources, vendors and neighbors Respond to or relay queries regarding billing for private pay and insurance. Operational Responsibilities Provide staff support with client matters Support other site management with review employee compliance in areas of company policy and procedures Monitor and develop protocols to provide effective customer support to clients and their families (ie. Client drop-off, client pick-up, communication and engagement) Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other administrative services Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow Work with the CAO to develop office budget according to site needs and initiates cost reduction programs Coordinates activities of office and clinical operations Maintain and enhance personal knowledge of current clinical protocols and practices Work with FSM to identify and manage operational problems and collaborate on solutions Work with CAO and DHR to identify policy and procedural deficiencies and collaborate on potential changes Work with Program Directors to ensure that classrooms have the necessary curriculum and resources Maintain a professional facility appearance that meets the expectations of Swan Consulting Inc. standards Work with the CLC to ensure client's protected health information (PHI) is maintained in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. Other duties may be assigned in correlation to site practices and procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise and oversee performance of front desk and reception staff Ensure compliance in areas of job description and company policies and procedures Manage time off requests and maintenance of coverage. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
