The Area Sales Manager will be Responsible for: Recruiting and training new Sales Representatives. Daily/weekly ongoing training and support of the Sales team Tracking team productivity on our company CRM and reporting these to the VP of Sales Goal setting and tracking for his/her division and holding the team accountable to these expectations. Maintaining a positive work environment for all. Ongoing sales development strategies to adjust to new products and service offeringsThe Candidate most possess the follow skills and experience: A proven track record of sales success. The ability to learn quickly Desire to teach others and support them on a daily basis Excellent communication skills Management experience in on boarding new personal and training Creativity. Come up with innovative ideas 5+ years of Sales experience (Direct Marketing Preferred) 2+ years of Production based Management/Leadership experience Valid Driver's Licence and able to pass a background check. If chosen for the position, you will be reporting directing to the VP of Sales. You will have the ability to grow and learn while earning a competitive base salary plus Commission bonuses. The expectation will be to build a team of 5-10 representatives in a variety of positions to build a base business. As your team grows your compensation will grow and a real 6 figure opportunity is available after the first 6-9 months. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
