Front Desk Clerk (part-time)

Find brief coverage if you need to step away. Keep the Front Desk/Waiting Area tidy and presentable at all times. Greet and Welcome all clients/guests. o Always offer all guests a coffee or water. Answer all incoming calls and/or redirect them to the appropriate person or take a message. o For Intake calls, take a message and ensure it reaches our Intake Coordinator. Make Outgoing calls when needed, e.g. phone calls to parents on behalf of Admin. or Clinical Staff Alert staff when their client has arrived during 'drop-off,' and when parents have arrived for 'pick-up.' Update Theralytics schedule according to posted staff schedule. Check, forward, or respond to emails and voice messages that come into the front desk. Send faxes when asked, incoming faxes given to our Director of Operations and Intake Coordinator immediately. Receive mail/packages o Put away/store appropriately and throw away packaging. Make adjustments/changes to the Daily Schedule (including float shifts). o Record them on the Schedule Change Board & Communication Log. Notify staff members of changes to their schedule, verbal & written notice. o Inform the Scheduler, and Clinical Director when a "Schedule Change Request Form" is submitted. o Give the original "Schedule Change Request Form" to the Clinic Coordinator for filing. Update the Google Calendar/Attendance Binder for Staff and Client Tardies & Absents, daily. Make sure that all files and records are updated and kept confidential according to HIPAA standards. o Keep blank forms stocked "Blank Forms" drawer o File completed forms correctly in the "Completed Forms" drawer, including Communication Log. Make sure that everyone that enters the premises with the intention of observation signs a HIPAA Form o Ensure parents & guests are not going past the admin doorway without permission or a clinical staff Execute all opening and closing procedures daily o Completely fill out the Communication Log daily, finishing its listed tasks. Track all Incoming Interest Calls/Emails on the monthly "Client Interest Tracking Calendar'' for Intake purposes. Track any Schedule Errors that occur on the "Schedule Alterations" doc. located on the front desk computer. Fill out your Daily Task Lists with exact times that each task takes. Follow Medication Protocol when appropriate. Follow "Front Desk TA" in the frame, daily. Assist in any administrative tasks that needs to be done. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
