Computer Hardware Break/Fix Warranty Technician

1. YOU MUST CONFIRM IN YOUR MESSAGE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS TO PROCEED. YOU MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED BREAK/FIX COMPUTER TECHNICIAN! THIS IS HARDWARE REPAIR ONLY, NO SOFTWARE SERVICE, APPLICATION RE-INSTALL, OR DATA RECOVERY INVOLVED. You will be asked to cover at least a 30 mile radius coverage territory, you will be asked to pass OEM product certifications, and background/drug screens (if you cannot pass a background or drug screen, please do not apply). All certifications, background and drug screens, will be provided at no cost. Please review the flat rate payment structure. Reviewing all of the info will prevent unnecessary questions, and will help you determine if this is the right type of work for you. We will be providing the techs we select to work with, service calls on a daily basis (that's each day, Monday to Friday) during business hours. If you can't perform multiple work orders daily, M-F, please do not respond. If you live more than 25 miles from the location listed, please do not respond, as you will be considered too far from the service area to perform. Thank you, Adam Monk.
2. We are seeking a technician to be the "Go To" provider for the area of coverage listed (City, State, Zip), for multiple daily hardware warranty break/fix work orders (typical minimum daily volume of 2-3 calls per day, that volume will increase by as much as double if you certify on more products after we begin). Your area of coverage will start from the Parts Pickup location (city, state, zip listed, where parts are picked up), and usually extends to a 30 mile radius around that location (territory radius may be larger in rural areas). Some areas may be larger if rural, some smaller if more densely populated.

You need to be available daily and during business hours, to run a minimum of 2-3/calls per day or more (Call volume will increase if you get additional product certifications, and if you live in a larger metro area). You are not required to dedicate your entire schedule to ASM in support of this client, but it is advised that you have the availability to incorporate a minimum of 2-3 calls a day at minimum to your schedule daily. If you certify on additional products, and you live it metro area, you could be kept busy at a full time pace.
4. Please be advised, our client prefers techs who live, or have an office, within 25 miles of the location listed. We will not accept techs who live (or have an office) farther than 25 miles from the city, state, zip code listed.
5. To get started. I need you to confirm you understand you will need to pass provided product certifications, as well as Background and Drug screen within 10 days.
