Our company is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Permanent Payroll Specialist who is bilingual in English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing payroll-related functions, including payroll processing, auditing, adjustments, and payroll garnishment.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in data entry, time entry, and attendance tracking.
The candidate must have a strong understanding of payroll procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Accurately process payroll for multiple entities in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate time entry and attendance records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
Make necessary corrections and adjustments to payroll records.
Handle payroll garnishments and deductions in compliance with legal requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure accurate employee data.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll and tax laws.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 3
years of experience in payroll, attendance, time entry, advanced data entry, auditing, corrections, adjustments, and payroll garnishment.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
High level of proficiency in data entry.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle complex calculations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal rules and laws related to payroll, employee benefits, and taxes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Professional certification in Payroll (CPP) is a plus.
