Responsibilities:
As the Emergency Department Nursing Manager for Clovis Community, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with your team while directing, supervising and evaluating your team's performance per unit goals.
Operating as a 70 licensed bed department, your unit will care for an average of 160 patients daily, ranging from moderate to high acuity.
Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (GED) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required Experienceo 3 years of relevant experience and leadership in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredLicenses and Certifications BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required Disclaimers:

Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.
