Coffee Roasting Assistant Rare Earth Coffee Job
Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Coffee Roasting Assistant.
As a key member of our coffee roasting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our coffee products.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the coffee roasting process, including loading and unloading roasting machines, monitoring roasting profiles, and ensuring optimal roasting conditions.
Collaborate with the roasting team to maintain the consistency and quality of our coffee blends.
Operate packaging equipment to package roasted coffee beans efficiently and accurately.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee roasting equipment.
Assist with inventory management, including tracking and organizing coffee beans and supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment, fostering a sense of camaraderie among team members.
Requirements:
Outgoing and fun personality with excellent people skills.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays.
Coffee experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy bags of coffee beans (up to 50 pounds).
Compensation:
Starting pay:
$18 per hour.
Bonus opportunities based on performance and sales.
Part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.
