The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support as well as bookkeeping duties for multiple clients.
The individual who joins our firm will play an important role in maintaining a comfortable and productive work environment, so we are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual for this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a neat and orderly office space.
Answer customer calls in a timely manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll processing Electronically file documents Other bookkeeping related tasks Responsible Hard working Organized Willing to learn The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping and/or accounting experience, be experienced in using accounting software such as QuickBooks online and/or QuickBooks Desktop, Famous, ProPack, etc.
Must be proficient in using programs such as Excel, Word, Adobe.
Candidates will need to pass a background check and have at least 2 references.
